What is Site Based Decision Making? (SBDM)
Site Based Decision Making is the common sense approach to developing and maintaining effective schools. Parents, teachers, staff and community organizations and the principal meet regularly to discuss matters such as the school calendar, daily schedules, discipline policy, grading policy in addition to reviewing the school performance and establish academic and other performance objectives for each excellence indicator.
